Horrible customer service
I ordered what measured out to be a medium. It was too small. I arranged, after several phone calls and emails, an exchange. Sent my items back and have been waiting for my exchange to arrive. I call a week after they've received my original purchase and...

Evaluation
The size medium top is too long in length, I am small person but I find limited room in the back, unable to stretch my arms. At the same time the neck is too large and open especially with the three pocket top.
