The FIGS Scrubs That Don’t Suck Campaign (“Campaign”) is a scrubs recycling promotion (US AND CANADA RESIDENTS ONLY) in partnership with MASC, Inc. operating as SuperCircle (“SuperCircle”) . Eligible participants who mail in old scrubs and complete the application found at https://wearfigs.supercircle.world, will receive a code (“Code”) to receive $50 off of their next FIGS purchase of over $100. Code value is reflected in USD; for customers outside the U.S., the values will be converted to your local currency at the applicable exchange rate as of the date of redemption.   Old scrubs being recycled must be laundered prior to shipment and must be shipped using the shipping label provided by SuperCircle. The Code may not be applied to FIGS collaboration items, including without limitation, FIGS | New Balance, FIGS | Eko, Lingua Franca, V Coterie Jewellery, STAR WARS™ | FIGS collaboration items, or Awesome Today Gone Tomorrow (“ATGT”) products, Text & Icon Embroidery, Gift Cards and Gift Packaging. Items marked as ‘Final Sale’ cannot be returned or exchanged. Code must be entered at the time of check-out for an eligible purchase and the full amount of the Code must be used in a single purchase. The offer cannot be applied to previous purchases, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be used in combination with any other offer or with other discount codes. Code can only be applied to orders of $100 or more, and expires 6 months from the issue date. All items are subject to our Returns and Exchange Policy.
