I purchased the new Eko scope and writhing a few months the ON/Off no longer works. From what I read, warranty is a joke…. when a lemon is sold a company should make this right. Sad

I do love my new stethoscope, it took time to adjust from the traditional ones and kept going back, but now I just use this one and love it!

I love that I can hear clearly better than with my other stethoscopes. I dislike that after paying $500 you have to pay for an app just to be able to record that should be listed in the description. If it is and I missed it I apologized .

Chest piece volume button stopped working in the first 6 months. After 3 months of back and forth with Eko asking for their help and figs, ultimately, Figs won’t honor the Eko warranty and will provide you a voucher which is worthless. I would say to buy...
