Very stiff, no cushioning, there is no way I could work a 12hr shift in these shoes.

Super cute, but I have to exchange for a half-size larger. I wear a size 7 very consistently, which is what I ordered. Unfortunately, they are wayyyy too tight. Definitely go up half a size if you order these. Figs is always great about exchanges though!

Awful for wide feet. Not a chance could I even think of wearing these for any amount of time. I found them very flat, definitely nothing like the NB550. Felt like a cheap shoe.

wore them twice to work as physical therapist. So small, smashed my toes together. Won’t be wearing again.

The style of the shoe is what I expected but the fit not so much. I had to exchange and get a half size bigger (6.5 to 7). They fit very tight on the top, this applied to both shoe sizes. As for comfort, after a few hours my feet began to ache. I work 12...

Unfortunately as lovely as they are, they run too small. Purchasers need to purchase an 1/2 size up at least to not only achieve a beautiful look but most importantly, to be comfortable. How can I return them in exchange for a bigger pair?
